I'd like to direct/produce big Action/Sci Fi blockbusters in exotic locations while working on my tan. I'll also try my hand at other genres if the story is compelling and innovative or for an exceptional experience.
Amy Iturres-Alomia works in New York City and abroad as a Director, Assistant Director, Casting Director and Producer. She is constantly developing new techniques to innovate aesthetic and performance styles as well as collaborating on multiple levels with a wide spectrum of talented individuals. Amy is also the Founder/CEO of The Confession Stand, an educational non for profit that seeks to join Film and the Arts with Mental Health Therapy.

Amy Iturres-Alomia learned principles of filmmaking in LACC (Los Angeles Community College) where she intensely studied traditional Hollywood filming techniques such as shooting on Super 8mm & Super 16mm film and editing on Steinbeck Flatbeds. She went on to graduate from Brooklyn College with a Degree in Film Production and Italian and a Minor in French. As the winner of the 2009 Benjamin Gilman Scholarship, Amy continued her studies overseas. Iturres-Alomia attended the University Lorenzo Di Medici In Florence, Italy. While in Italy, she shot an entire documentary film on Authentic Florentine Cuisine.
Amy is fluent in Spanish, Italian and French and a beginner in German. She hopes to integrate various languages into her future films.
